Freya is a hedge-witch herbalist living alongside the River Wye in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.
Her work stems from a deep connection with the natural world, fed and nurtured by a childhood roaming the countryside, picking wild foods and now connecting with hedgerow plants and trees as a sensory herbalist.
Freya’s background includes studying astrology, training in kinesiology, permaculture, herbalism and plant craft and more recently Eco Shamanism. She weaves these strands through all her work, in her celebrations of the cycles of life and crafting medicine. Her heartfelt belief is that the stronger we connect with the land around us and the more integrated into this intricate web of wonder we become, the more enriched our lives are and the more we can do to ensure that the actions we take will support all life on earth.
