Becoming one with our Earth

The Sun enters Aquarius at 0° during the afternoon of Saturday 20th, followed shortly after by Pluto in the early hours of Sunday 21st January. It is a potent time and a herald of the future - this conjunction at this degree will not have happened for 248 years. Pluto has been working its way through the earthy sign of Capricorn since 2008 and now turns its focus on airy Aquarius where it will reside for the next 20 years (barring a short dip back into Capricorn at the end of 2024). Pluto is considered the God/Goddess of the Underworld and what moves us unconsciously, sometimes referred to as our 'shadow'. My interest in Pluto is the way it gives us a template of what to expect from the sign it is in, or in this case, going into, and how our lives will be affected by that combination. From my own experience I have noted that whilst Pluto has been in Capricorn for the last 15 or so years I have been working in the realm of the deeply Plutonic area of shamanism - I have experienced a great restructuring of my belief system. Now, as Pluto enters Aquarius, I am entering the rather spacious realm of astrology which in itself is lending a more sacred element to what I do, definitely in relation to wider society rather than the individual - Aquarius is about the future, the community/group, revolution, invention, visions, technology and more.

In this workshop we will look at the current Pluto placement in relationship to your birth chart. What area of life (house placement) is this conjunction affecting and are there any notable aspects to other planets or points in your chart. We will look at the last 15 years of your life and how you understand the Plutonic nature of your experience in that area. We will attempt to foresee how Pluto will mould that area of your life. This will help to give you a sense of purpose and alignment with our cosmos - we are here for a reason!

For the above I will need the time, date and place of your birth - if you don't know the time I can dowse it for you - and in preparation you will need to spend a short amount of time in the contemplation of the last 15 or so years of your life - details will be sent upon booking.

There will be some guided meditation (this will NOT involve any shamanic drumming) and the work will allow for some personal sharing and discussion. We will also peform a simple ceremony of dedication.
